Ireland has an abundance of delicious fish on our doorstep.

White fish is a versatile ingredient to cook with, as one type can easily be swapped for another in a recipe. Here in Bord Bia we have come up with some easy and delicious fish recipes that are sure to become weekly meals.

Crispy Baked Hake with Yoghurt and Tartar Sauce, Fish Stew with Rouille, Thai Style Fish Curry, Fish Burger with Tomato Salsa and Chunky Guacamole are just a few of the many recipes we have to offer!
